When you're ready to embark on your custom jewelry journey, we would be thrilled to guide you through our personalized design process, which typically follows these steps:

Step 1: Select the gemstone

  • For your stone selection, you are welcome to choose from our Monthly Specials.
  • Also if you have a specific gemstone in mind, feel free to reach out to us directly. We will gladly keep an eye out for the perfect stone that suits your needs and notify you as soon as it becomes available.

  • Our gemstone selection is incredibly diverse, and some unique stones may be cut into special sizes or shapes. For these specific needs, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly with your preferences. While we may not always have exactly what you're looking for, we will do keep in mind of find a suitable match and notify you as soon as it becomes available.

Step 2: Define the design

  • Both parties will discuss the design style and agree on an approximate budget.
  • Sign Agreement

Step 3: 3D Design

  • Your ideas will be transformed into a 3D design. 
  • We're happy to offer up to three small adjustments to the design, ensuring it perfectly reflects your vision, while staying true to the original concept.
  • Calculate accurate cost

Step 4: 3D Design Agreement & Process the Jewellery

  • Customer approval of the design
  • Product process start （Around 20 business days）

Step 5: Final perfect finished product

  • The finished piece will be delivered to you with care.
