Do you have gemstones or gemstone jewelleries that don't appear online?

Yes. We are constantly getting in new gemstones or gemstone jewelleries although it takes some time to photograph and upload them to our website. Please feel free to ask us if you don’t find what you’re looking for online.

 

I found a gemstone on your website that I like. Can I buy?

Yes. In general all the stones that appear on the website are available. Please feel free to ask us about any gemstone you see on our site so we may check its availability. If it is not available, we may have a similar stone offering to you!

 

I have a specific type of gemstone in mind that I don't see on your website - can you get such a gemstone for me?

Yes. We are able to find the stone you are looking for – please e-mail us at info@kalosgem.com

 

How can I see what my custom setting will look like?

We provide two complimentary computer rendered images to help you better imagine your custom jewellery pieces,. 3D design fee will be credited back to you with order of the setting.

 

Will I be liable for my diamond or jewelry while it is being shipped?

No. Kalosgem is responsible for your purchase until you sign for the package at the delivery point.

 

Am I responsible for Tax and/or VAT of my order?

Yes. Tax and/or VAT may apply to your order. Kalosgem will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges that are created by the customer's country. We recommend that you consult with your local customs office to confirm what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.
