Kalosgem offers a worldwide free shipment offer if the purchase price is more than 200 AUD (around 145 USD), so customers do not need to pay the shipment fee even they are not in Australia.

Please note that for peak season, e.g. Black Friday, Christmas and New Year, the shipping would expect delay. We suggest that you order early to avoid the delay or receive the product in time.

PRODUCT RESIZE

Because gemstone is unique, a lot of product are unique at Kalosgem. And if you choose to purchase a unique product or product required resize (e.g. ring size), please allow up to 1 week resize time before dispatch.

Bespoke Jewellery / Custom Design

For bespoke jewellery, after everything is confirmed, please allow 14-60 business days to make your ideal jewellery. We will notice you once it is shipped.
