We offer the plan in 3 Year and 10 Year packages.

Services included:

• Jewellery cleaning and inspection
• Ring sizing (up to 2 ring sizes) (certain styles of ring that are nto suitable for resizing - they are excluded from the resizing service under the Kalosgem Care Plan)
• Re-tipping prongs
• Stone tightening
• Refinishing and polishing
• White gold rhodium plating (every 12 months)
• Resetting gemstones

Services not covered:

• Loss of stones or other parts, unless due to a defect in workmanship or materials
• Accidental or deliberate physical damage
• Damage due to misuse, tampering, unauthorised modifications or alternations, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
• Unauthorised repairs or replacements
• Cosmetic damage that does not result in loss of mechanical function of the product
• Accessories used with the covered product
• Flaws in gemstones
• Loss of use or any form of consequential damages
